Richard DM Funnel + Snack Funnel

Before the deliverables

Four things I noticed
before I built anything.

The problem

Hold My Hand Wholesale has thousands of paying members and nothing for the ones ready to go all in.

Around 6,800 people pay you every month and 14,000 have joined on Whop, yet the biggest thing on the site is a $399 monthly tier with no call and no coach on their deals. And the 1-on-1 link in your descriptions still opens a 2023 calendar.

Someone who was exactly here

A wholesaling channel with a paid community is one call away from a different business.

The wholesaling channels that make the most keep the free content and the community, and sell one coaching program through an application and a strategy call. Same audience, a different ceiling.

The maths

The members you already have, at a price that matches what they're buying.

Nobody joins PRO for the Discord. They join for their first assignment fee. Twenty a month out of 6,800 paying members is under a third of one percent.

The objection you're already forming

"I already coach three hours a day." This uses those hours better.

The live coaching stays for members. The Inner Circle is a small group on top, with a coach reviewing their deals and a setter answering the DMs your Shorts already create. You don't take the sales calls.

So instead of explaining it, I built it. The offer, the reels, the DM flow, the setter scripts and the call, the snack, the upsells, the sprint and the ascension emails, all below.

See what's built

I spent the last 96 hours building something that could add an extra $80k+ per month to Hold My Hand Wholesale through an Instagram DM funnel that books calls plus a low-ticket snack that ascends buyers into high ticket.

I spent the last 96 hours building a way for Hold My Hand Wholesale to make an extra $80k+ per month from the audience it already has, without adding to your week.
